We are often asked what block management costs, and until now our answer has been the same as most agents: it depends. That is true, but it is not always helpful. So here is our starting point, published openly, before you ever pick up the phone.

Our annual management fee starts from £250.00 per unit (flat) per year, with discounts available for larger blocks. Every block we take on also receives four guaranteed site visits per year. For larger projects such as major works, our Section 20 administration is charged at 10% of the works value up to £50,000, then between 5% and 7% thereafter. That is the basis of our pricing, and we are happy to put it in writing.
